1.4. Values \u200b\u200bof all the indicators of ET and RP with maintenance And the current repairs are given for the first category of operating conditions and climatic areas with an adjustment coefficient of 1.0.

1.5. The frequency of maintenance (except daily), as well as the specific operational complexity of maintenance and current repairs for other categories of operating conditions and other climatic areas, taking into account the correction coefficients shown in the recommended Annex 2.

2. Requirements for the provision of operational technological and maintainability of products

2.1. The design and layout of the product and its component parts should ensure that all maintenance operations (MA) and the current repair (TR) with the minimum possible labor and material costs.

2.2. Common requirements for ensuring this and RP of automotive equipment are:

an increase in frequency of products;

improving the reliability of the product and its components;

5.4. Provide installation of traffic jams, hatches and other devices that provide drainage from the cavities of the moisture and condensate.

5.5. Exclude the places of the accumulation of dirt (niches, traps, etc.) on the surfaces of the body and cabins, to provide a good fitness of the bodies and cabins to the washing and anti-corrosion work.

5.6. All fasteners, metal pipelines, traction subject to moisture should have an anti-corrosion coating.

6. Technical diagnostics of assembly units

6.1. In the designs of the assembly units of the product, install special devices and devices for connecting standard diagnostic equipment.

6.2. Connecting connectors to connect the required diagnostic equipment installed directly on the product so that they do not make it difficult to access individual aggregates and assembly units and did not prevent the installation and dismantling work during maintenance and the current repair of the product. Concentrate equipment connecting the equipment.

6.3. In the systems of hydro and pneumatic operation of the product mechanism to provide devices to monitor the technical condition of systems without disassembling and removing them from the product.

6.4. Taking the type of engine block head and the location of the winding candles and nozzles, ensuring the possibility of measuring the size of the compression in the cylinders on a full-digit product.

6.5. In the designs of the brakes of trucks and buses, it is possible to provide visual control of the thickness of the friction pads of the brake pads without disassembly (shells closed with light graded plugs, etc.) or the presence of a signaling device about the limiting wear of parts.

GOST 21624-81 System of maintenance and repair of automotive equipment. Requirements for operational manufacturing and maintainability of products

Despite the fact that in the question of security requirements vehicle All "in the old manner" appeal to various gta stations, it is not entirely correct. Indeed, GOSTS (and since 2004, in accordance with the Decree of the State Standard of the Russian Federation of January 30, 2004 No. 4 "On the National Standards of the Russian Federation", all GOSTS and interstate standards are recognized as national standards) establish certain requirements for this or that nature of products, the procedure for its production , operation, and these requirements are established in order to increase the level of safety and the quality of goods and services, but one of the basic principles of standardization (as it follows from Article 12 of the Federal Law No. 184-FZ "On Technical Regulation") is the principle Voluntary use of these documents. That is, each manufacturer of goods or services, independently, voluntarily and at its discretion makes a decision - to fulfill the requirements of the GOST, or not.

Exceptions from this rule, binding a manufacturer of goods or services, to apply a specific GOST with a mandatory basis, have a place to be only at the time of the production of products (provision of services), the relevant technical regulation has not yet been adopted, which defines the requirements for this kind Products. In this case, GOST is mandatory, but only in terms of the requirements for the products itself, the processes of its production, operation, storage, transportation, implementation and disposal, and only in the part corresponding to the goals of protecting the life and health of citizens, the protection of property, environmental protection , animals and plants, as well as preventing the introduction of the delusion of consumers of such products. In other words, if the goods (the result of the service) is due to its incorrect manufacturing, (incorrect provision) can cause the harm of someone's life or health, whose property, nature, or enter the consumer in error, while the technical regulation establishes the requirements There is no service (service) to this product, the requirements of the GOST are applied.
As for cars, in September 2010, the technical regulations on the safety of wheeled vehicles came into force, which acted until January 1, 2015, after which he was replaced by the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of wheeled vehicles" (Tr Ts 018 / 2011), thus, the main and mandatory for applying a document containing requirements for the safety of vehicles is precisely the technical regulations, and not the GOST. Although, justice it is worth noting that the provisions of the Technical Regulations largely repeat the provisions of the respective guests.

So, at present, there are three main time. regulatory Actthat establish the requirements for the technical condition of the vehicle being in operation, this is:

1. Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On Safety of Wheel Vehicles" (Tr Ts 018/2011)
2. Basic provisions for the access of vehicles for the operation and obligation of officials to ensure road safety (approved the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23.10.1993 N 1090 "On Road Rules")
3. Rules for the technical inspection of vehicles (approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 05.12.2011 N 1008 "On the conduct of technical inspection of vehicles")

In principle, all three of these documents contain similar requirements for vehicles, but a particular document is applied in one situation or another. And despite the fact that the requirements are very similar, some differences are still available.
In particular, the Technical Regulations applies in general by all vehicle owners, service workshops, controlling bodies in the supervision of the technical condition of vehicles in operation.
The main provisions are applied by vehicle drivers, with direct management, as well as traffic police officers in supervision road traffic. It is for the presence of a driver's car faults that specified in the main positions of the driver can be fined under Article 12.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The rules for conducting technical inspection are used by operators of inspection at a periodic technical inspection Vehicle. At the same time, they are not entitled to check the auto for compliance with other parameters not specified in the inspection rules, even if such parameters are specified in the main positions, or in the technical regulation. But the diagnostic card, with a mark about the health of your car, will not save you from the fine for such faults.

For example, in accordance with the main provisions and Technical RegulationsOn the vehicle it is impossible to use simultaneously encouraged and uncomplicated tires. That is, if the front axle is installed "non-hatch", and on rear axis - Tires with spikes, it is a violation. The driver can bring to justice in the form of a fine of 500 rubles. However, during the inspection, it will not be a malfunction (should not be considered as a malfunction), in the rules of inspection, nothing is said about the check of "covering" tires. Or, for example, if you install in conventional (intended for use of halogen lamps) Block-heads of basic light sources ("xenon"), then it will not affect the results of the inspection (if, of course, the adjustment angles and the headlight force will be Meet requirements). That is, the fact of installation itself in the conventional Xenon Pheaker is not a disorder when carrying out inspection. However, on the road, the traffic police can attract you for this to justice, up to deprivation of rights, as the technical regulations and basic provisions such changes in the operation of light instruments are prohibited, even if the adjustment angles and headlights and the headlight force correspond to the regulations.

At the same time, the rules for conducting inspection contain references to some points of individual guests. In these cases, the requirements of these guests should be applied, but only in the scope of the requirements of those items that there is a direct reference in the rules of conduct. There are few such references, below shows the list of points of various guests, which are references in the rules for inspection, and which are subject to mandatory application by operators when conducting inspection:
