Security requirements before work

1. Before starting work, the driver must:

a) have a certificate for the right to control the basic car, a technical passport coupon on a car, traveling (route) list, certificate of verification of knowledge of safe work methods and pass the pre-trip medical examination;

c) get from the direct supervisor a task to perform work and route.

2. After receiving the appropriate task, the driver is obliged to the direct supervisor:

a) check for a medical aid kit, fire extinguishers and a tool kit;

3. The driver should not travel to the line in the following security requirements:

a) malfunctions of mechanisms and systems in which the operation of the base car is prohibited;

b) the presence of cracks and deformations in the mast metal structures;

c) malfunctions of pressure gauges in the hydraulic system. Pressure gauges must be tested and seated;

d) late conducting the next tests (technical inspection) of the machine.

Safety requirements while working

4. Upon arrival at the object, specified in the track list, the driver is obliged:

a) appear to the head of the work, which is directed, to present waybill and certificate of verification of knowledge of safe work methods, get a production task and taking into account the workplace on the specifics of the work performed;

b) clarify the sequence of performance and necessary measures to ensure the safety of underground structures and communications;

c) inspect the vehicle movement route, get from the head of work information about the actual locations of underground structures and communications, which must be marked with flags or viscosities.

5. Before maneuvering, the driver is obliged to see the absence of people at a distance of at least 5 m from the area of \u200b\u200bthe machine and its working bodies.

6. Before installing the machine at the site of work, the driver is obliged to check the following requirements:

a) the ground on the way of movement of the machine should be planned and tamped, inventory linings should be put on remote supports;

b) the location of the car must be sufficient for its maneuvering;

c) the slope of the site should not exceed the machine allowable on the passport;

d) When installing the machine above the current communications, it is necessary to pre-lay reinforced concrete pavements.

9. Working in the security zone of underground communications follows the immediate supervision of the head of work, and in the security zone of the gas pipeline or cables under electrical stress, in addition, according to the supervision of an employee of a gas or electric economy, respectively.

8. Work in the security zone of the power line is allowed only in the presence of outfits and under the supervision of the head of the work and the owner of the LEP.

9. Working in areas with pathogenic infection of the soil (landfills, cattle bisks, cemeteries) is allowed if there are permission of state sanitary supervision authorities, with which the driver can get acquainted with the head of the work upon receipt of the outfit on the work of increased danger.

10. If you need to move to another place, the driver should be raised the working body and omit the mast to the transport position.

11. When remaking the car on a tug, the driver is obliged to be in the cab cabin and to fulfill the requirements of the Rules of the Rights of the Russian Federation.

12. When installing in drilled poles of poles of various purposes, including air lines of power lines, telephone-telegraph communication lines, road signs and others using a drilling-crane machine, the driver is prohibited:

13. When maintained, the driver is obliged to stop the engine and remove the pressure in the hydraulic system, if it is allowed by the instruction of the manufacturer's factory for the operation of this machine.

14. During refueling the car, a combustible machine and other persons near the car are forbidden to smoke and enjoy open fire.

15. During operation, the driver is prohibited:

a) leave levers of drilling drilling-crane installation when the engine is running;

b) change dramatically the number of engine speeds, as well as pressure and hydraulic system;

c) remove the protective cover on the friction clutch or the borax of the winch;

d) include the drill with an unlighted finger of its fastening or with not fully fixed knives on the bora;

e) turn on the winch while drilling the soil;

e) disbelieve the car when drilling the soil or installation of supports;

g) work the car if the winch safety clutch is not adjusted for the carrying capacity specified in its passport;

h) to serve the car, including to clean or lubricate the individual parts;

and) transfer the management of the machine to unauthorized persons;

k) to transport unauthorized persons in the cabin;

l) allow for the lines of columns of workers who are not certified as the solver workers.

When leaving the cabin, the driver is obliged to put the crossing lever to the neutral position and slow down the car in the parking brake.

Safety requirements in emergency situations

16. When detected during drilling of the soil of power cables, pipelines, explosive or unknown items, the machine should be immediately stopped before obtaining permission to further work from the relevant supervisory authorities.

17. In the event of troubleshooting in the car, the driver is obliged to stop working and eliminate them. If it is impossible to eliminate malfunctions, the driver must report them to the head of work and responsible for the maintenance of the car in good condition.

18. In the event of a fuel or wiring, the driver is obliged to immediately slide the focus of fire with fire extinguisher or other infringement means: a huge, tarpaulter, sand or earth. It is forbidden to fill the hot fuel water.

If it is impossible to glue the focus of the fire with its own forces, the driver is obliged to cause fire protection in the prescribed manner and inform the head of the work.

Security requirements at the end of work

19. At the end of the work, the driver owes:

a) overtake the car in the parking lot, where it should be inoperative time;

b) turn off the engine;

c) close the cabin on the castle;

d) inform the work manager and responsible for the maintenance of the car in good condition about all faults that have arisen during operation.
