We add that “big” China is beginning to produce more and more quite high-quality goods, which, however, are sold rather in the United States than in Russia: we would have something cheaper ...

But design good tire does not mean to make it yet. Talking about the quality of new products is usually not accepted: in order to draw conclusions, you need to collect statistics.
