Tyrelife is an addition to the standard factory warranty that covers all operational damages of all Pirelli tires: CAR, SUV, VAN, RUN FLAT. By purchasing from two Pirelli tires you become a member of the Tyrelife warranty program. By becoming a member of the program (by registering your coupon on the Pirelli website), you can make one repair or one free replacement for each tire purchased for operational damage.

In the event of a warranty case, the buyer must contact the tire center "700 tires", where the tires were purchased, and present the following documents:

Tyrelife Warranty Certificate stating the name of the individual consumer or the name of the consumer legal entity, date of purchase, city, address of the Tyrelife Partner or Member, full name of the seller, tire code (8 characters after the inscription DOT) and seal of the Tyrelife Member;
- Primary accounting documents confirming the fact that a tire was purchased by cash or non-cash payment by an individual consumer (commodity and cash receipts), or by a legal entity consumer (invoice and payment order with a bank note on payment). Documents must contain information about the date of purchase of the tire, model, size and cost of the tire;
- Passport or other identity document of the consumer (representative of the consumer) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- A power of attorney in case of an appeal by a representative of a consumer-legal entity.

The grant program does NOT apply to:

Acts of vandalism, where an act of vandalism is considered to be intentional/deliberate damage or destruction of a tire;
Tire damage resulting from the actions of representatives of law enforcement and any other bodies aimed at the forced stop of the vehicle using special or other technical means;
Operating the tire in extreme conditions, namely in severe off-road conditions, for the purpose of participating in racing competitions and / or performances, incl. street racing, and other similar cases.
Non-compliance with the rules of operation car tires and the Technical Regulations on the safety of wheeled Vehicle: Fitting tires on a vehicle that do not meet the seasonality requirements provided by the manufacturer and / or Technical regulations for this type of tire season (Winter season: air temperature below 7ºС; Summer season: air temperature above 8ºС); non-compliance with the tire size, maximum load and / or speed specified in the operating manual this vehicle and / or exceeding the speed index provided for this type of tire;
Damage to the rim resulting from mounting the tire or as a result of using a disc of the wrong size;
Failure to comply with the tire storage conditions provided by the manufacturer or applicable regulations;
In relation to tires received by the Consumer free of charge;
For tires previously replaced under the Tirelife warranty program;
In relation to tires for which the warranty period provided by the manufacturer has expired (at the time the Consumer applied to the Partner or Tirelife Participant);
For tires whose time elapsed since the tire was manufactured is more than 4 years.
In relation to cases of studs falling out of tires;
In relation to tires that have been previously repaired in tire centers / workshops that do not participate in the Warranty Program;
In relation to cases of tire damage due to the peculiarities of operation and not leading to tire failure, not violating its tightness. These include cases of tire wear, incl. uneven, with emergency braking with wheel lock, wear due to the consumer’s driving style, the specifics of the roadway (gravel, crushed stone, etc.), wear during operation in sport mode, superficial cosmetic damage that does not lead to loss of operational properties, etc.

When buying Pirelli tires from January 15 to December 31, 2015 in the On Wheels.ru online store, we will repair or replace the damaged tire free of charge.

Pirelli tires are widely used in auto and motorsports. Since 2008, the World Rally Championship has had a monopoly on Pirelli tires. Also, from 2011 to 2018, the company is the only official tire supplier of the World Championship in the Formula 1 and GP2 class.

The Pirelli Tire Extended Warranty is an addition to the standard factory warranty conditions and only covers operational damage (excluding damage sustained during tire fitting).

To become a member of the warranty Tyrelife programs, two or more Pirelli tires must be purchased. The warranty program is valid for one year from the date of purchase of tires and applies to tires purchased on the territory of the Russian Federation in tire centers - participants in the Tyrelife warranty program.


The extended warranty covers performance damage only, unless the damage is intentional. If the tread puncture does not exceed 6 mm in diameter (excluding the shoulder of the tread and the contact area with the sidewall), the tires are subject to free repair. Free replacement is made in case of any operational damage: puncture (if the tread part puncture exceeds 6 mm in diameter), cut, sidewall swelling or tear. The remaining tread depth in this case must be at least 4 mm for winter tires and at least 1.6 mm for summer tires.

The program applies to all tires of the Pirelli summer and winter collection.

The extended warranty does not include cases of damage associated with the peculiarities of operation and not leading to failure of the tire, as well as cases intentional damage. These include:

  • Acts of vandalism (intentional/deliberate damage or destruction of the tire);
  • Falling out spikes;
  • Tires that have been previously repaired at tire centers that do not participate in the Tyrelife warranty program;
  • Tires received free of charge;
  • Tires that were previously replaced under the warranty program;
  • Damage to the rim resulting from the mounting process or as a result of using a disc of the wrong size;
  • If the consumer applied after the expiration warranty period;
  • The time elapsed since the tire was manufactured is more than 4 years;
  • Improper operation of the tire or use in extreme conditions;
  • Damage caused by improper storage of tires.

The extended warranty does not cover spikes, that is, the loss of spikes is not warranty case. The extended warranty also does not cover tires that have not been previously repaired by an authorized retailer.

What do we expect from you

You must follow the rules for the operation of car tires, install on the car only those tires that correspond to the season (summer-winter) at the time of their operation, taking into account the prevailing weather conditions in this region of Russia, the size, load index and speed index indicated in the operation manual this vehicle, and not cause any intentional damage. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that you did not comply with the rules for the operation of car tires, or the damage is intentional, the terms of the extended warranty will not apply and Pirelli will not be liable to replace or repair the damaged tire.

If you don't agree

    In the event of a warranty case, contact the nearest service tire center "On Wheels.ru" for repair or replacement.

    At the tire center you need to present:

    • damaged tire;
    • Tyrelife warranty certificate;
    • documents confirming the fact of purchasing a tire - sales and cash receipts (for individuals) or a consignment note and a payment order with a bank note on payment (for legal entities). Documents must contain information about the date of purchase of the tire, model, size and cost of the tire;
    • passport or driver's license;
    • a power of attorney in the event of an appeal by a representative of a consumer - a legal entity.

    The warranty certificate must contain the full name of the buyer or the name of the legal entity, date of purchase, city, address of the partner or Tirelife member, seller name, tire code (8 characters after DOT) and Tyrelife member seal.

Duration of repair and replacement of warranty tires

We repair and replace tires on the same day. If on the day of the request the tire center does not have the required tire model, the consumer can receive them at the warehouse of the dealer or Pirelli Tire Russia LLC within 90 calendar days.

Upon presentation of a correctly completed Tyrelife Warranty Certificate and the sales receipt or delivery note. Repair is carried out only if the puncture of the tread part does not exceed 6 mm in diameter (excluding the tread shoulder and the contact area with the sidewall).


When is the free replacement?

Upon presentation of a correctly completed Tyrelife Warranty Certificate and the sales receipt or delivery note.
