Until 1974, carburetors 2101-1107010 were installed on VAZ-2101, -2102 cars (the number is cast on the lower flange of the carburetor housing). From 1974 to 1976 (inclusive) carburetors were used on these cars 2101-1107010-02, and from 1977 to 1980, carburetors were established 2101-1107010-03. All these carburetors had mainly the same device and differed in the diameters of some jags, and on the first two carburetors there was still a valve of the fusion of the float chamber. Since 1980, the carburetor 210-1107010-20 (type "ozone" began to be applied on cars. It was different from the old carburetors with the diameters of the jaws, the presence of a pneumatic actuator of the throttle valve of the secondary chamber and the introduction of the pipe to select the vacuum regulator of the ignition distributor. In the early 80s, the carburetor 2105-1101010-10 was also produced without a nozzle of the vacuum spark plug-in vacuum regulator. It was supplied to the spare parts for installation on the engines that were the ignition distributor of the P125 without a vacuum regulator. This chapter describes the carburetor 2105-1107010-20, since it was installed on most cars, and old carburetors were no longer produced for a long time. Carburetor 2105-1107010-20 emulsion type, two-chamber, with a falling flow. The carburetor has a balanced float chamber, crankcase gas suction system for throttle. The carburetor has two main dosing systems (see Fig. Scheme of the main dosing system of the carburetor and eco-statute) Primary and secondary mixing chambers, idling system (see Fig. Scheme of the idling system of the carburetor) Primary mixing chamber, transition system of the secondary mixing chamber, processing device (econostat), a diaphragm accelerator pump (see Fig. Scheme of accelerator pump) With a mechanical actuator and a diaphracted starting device (see Fig. Scheme of a diaphragm starter) Start of a cold engine. The throttle valve of the secondary chamber has a pneumatic drive (see Fig. Pneumatic Camera Pneumatic Drive Scheme). Carburator target data 2105-1107010-20
