Ingredients:

arugula (you can buy spicy) – 1 package,
tuna – 1 can,
olive oil - to taste,
ground black pepper – 1 pinch,
curd cheese (or other soft cheese) – 150 g,
lemon – 1 piece,
fresh garlic - 1 clove,
onion – 1 piece,
salt, spices, herbs - to taste,
canned red beans – 300 gr.

Tuna and avocado salad is simply created for those who like their treat to be not only tasty, but also truly original.

Ingredients:

fresh avocado fruit – 2 pcs.,
canned tuna, in its juice – 1 can,
onion – 1 piece,
freshly squeezed lemon juice – 1 teaspoon,
spices, salt, ground black pepper - to taste,
fresh herbs (dill, parsley) - to taste.

Cooking recipe:

Wash the avocado, cut it into two equal halves and carefully remove the bone from one of them. Separate the pulp from the peel using a spoon.
